Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem’s rising star goalkeeper Piet Velthuizen is rumored to be transferred to Sampdoria. Representatives from the club from Genoa were seen in the stands during Vitesse’s game versus FC Utrecht this weekend. They picked a good gamme to come and watch him play seeing besides several nice saves Velthuizen also stopped a PK. Velthuizen is seen as one of Holland’s biggest talents and has been linked to several other big name teams, but it appears that Sampdoria might be able to sign him before anyone else does.
