Dutch goalkeeper Tim Krul, currently under contract at Newcastle, will play for Falkirk on loan this upcoming first half of the season. Krul is regarded one of Europe’s biggest goalkeeping talents and Newcastle management feels he needs to play more often in order to develop. So far the young goalkeeper only played one complete match fro Newcastle United, a European match against Italian side Palermo. Interesting detail is that Krul was announced ‘man on the match’ that game.
