Tottenham Hotspurs manager Martin Jol has full confidence in his goalkeeper, Paul Robinson, even though British media have blamed him for several goals the past couple of weeks. According to several papers Robinson could have done better on the Steven Gerrard free kick which allowed Andrei Voronin to score off the rebound.

“I’m not worried at all about Robinson.” Martin Jol says. “If you look at the replay of the goal, you will see that the ball was deflected off the knee of Jermaine Jenas. It was definitely not a keeper’s mistake.”
