Danish International goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen is expected to be out with a hamstring injury 4-6 weeks. Whilst playing for his club team Aston Villa in a friendly against Toronto last week Sorensen had to leave the field after just 35 minutes of play. Sorensen said: "This is the first time I have sustained this sort of injury. I placed the ball to take a goal kick and just felt my left hamstring go. I don't really know what caused it. Perhaps the fact the ball was very hard, that we were playing on synthetic turf, may have contributed.”
